AIGA LLC ("AIGA," "we," "our," or "us") operates the BedrockOS construction operations platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you access or use the Service.

Account and Organization Data

When you create an account or your organization is provisioned on BedrockOS, we collect:

Operational Data

As you use the Service, we collect data you enter or upload, including:

Voice Recordings

Certain features of the Service, including the Daily Debrief in the BedrockOS mobile app, allow you to record a voice note describing your work. Recordings are captured only while you are actively recording within the app; the Service does not record audio in the background or at any time you have not initiated a recording.

Voice recordings are transmitted to a third-party transcription provider (OpenAI) solely to produce a written transcript. That provider processes the recording on our behalf under a data processing agreement and does not use it to train its models. The transcript is then used to generate structured field notes within your organization's project records.

Recordings and their transcripts are retained as part of your organization's operational data and are subject to the deletion rights described in Section 6.

Usage and Technical Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service:

We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell your personal information or operational data to third parties. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

We retain your account and operational data for the duration of your subscription and for a reasonable period thereafter to allow for data export and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

AIGA uses industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging. File uploads are scanned for malicious content prior to storage. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure — we encourage you to use strong passwords and report any suspected security issues promptly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@aigaai.com. We will respond within 30 days.

We use session cookies required for authentication and functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can configure your browser to block cookies, but doing so may prevent you from using the Service.

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
